Kim Kardashian West has her heart set on wanting a third child. In a preview of Sunday's all-new Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim tells her family during dinner that she's planning to get surgery on her uterus so she can get pregnant again. Kim says, "I have to go in and prepare my uterus because I decided I want to try and have one more baby." Not surpisingly, her siblings -- as well as her mother, Kris Jenner, and Kris' boyfriend, Corey Gamble -- are concerned given Kim's serious pregnancy complications with daughter North and son Saint.
