George Clooney thinks of it as even more than that. He remembers the film as the day Batman died. According to website comicbook.com during an exclusive interview at CinemaCon, Clooney took some time to chat with ComicBook.com's Brandon Davis. He asked the actor about his feelings regarding Ben Affleck's take on the character, and Clooney revealed that he hasn't actually seen it yet. The actor joked that he feels that Batman died with him, back in 1997.
