Actress Jodie Sweetin obtained a restraining order against her former fiancee, Justin Hodak. According to court papers, the former could had a "violent argument" earlier this month, which prompted Sweetin to obtain a restraining order. The argument happened at their then-shared home in Studio City, California. According to her documents, Hodak screamed at her using harsh and abusive language. He told her he would commit suicide he she left him. Hodak also threatened Sweetin with a gun.
