North and Saint West may be getting another sibling sooner rather than later. Kim Kardashian West said she wants a third child with her husband, Kanye West. In a clip released for the reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the 36-year-old reflected on the possibility that another pregnancy would be high-risk. She said she wanted her kids to have siblings, but the doctors do not feel it's safe for her. When she was pregnant with North, Kim had pre-eclampsia, a complication characterized by high blood pressure.
