VIDEO : Early 'DWTS' Favorites For Judge Julianne Hough

Julianna Hough already has some stand out favorites from the new season of "Dancing with the Stars." The professional dancer recently caught up with ET, and was asked who she thought was a standout contestant for this season. Hough explained that this series is always crazy, and that the "stars" really transform throughout the competition so it can be anyone's win. However, she thought Rashad Jennings and Simone Biles were the best dancers from the first episode. She added: "The whole purpose of the show in general is to have somebody start somewhere and really progress."
