According to Celebuzz.com on Tuesday a Judge rejected amended counterclaims made by singer Kesha in her on going legal battle against producer Dr. Luke. In January of 2017 a judge allowed Kesha's legal team to submit an amended lawsuit. The team returned with allegations against Dr. Luke's companies, Prescription and KMI, stating they violated their contracts with Kesha by failing to report and pay royalties.
