Dax Shepard arrived in a red sports car alongside co-star Michael Peña surrounded by California Highway Patrol officers while "California Love" by Tupac was blaring from the vehicles. Keeping in line with the film's theme of patrol officers and car culture, the duo arrived in style. The duo introduced the film with an officer-themed premiere and party. Following the premiere, the cast headed to an after party at Mel's Drive-In where they enjoyed burgers, fries, and, of course, the officer-favorite spread of coffee and donuts.
