While visiting Chargrill Charlie's Friday afternoon, Bieber decided to do lunch outdoors. The poor guy can't even go for chicken without a mob of baying fans tailing him. When he finished his lunch, he had to run to his car while getting chased by fans. He gave a shout out to Dennis, the police officer who was with him through all the insanity, on Instagram.
