Pittsburgh-area native, Joe Manganiello, returned home last week to pay a special visit to the Children?s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. The actor spent some quality time with kids and their families during his visit. The kids also got to see an early screening of "Smurfs: The Lost Village." In the animated movie, Joe voices the character: Hefty Smurf. Joe and the hospital took to social media to share special posts from the day. Giant smurft accompanied him on the visit to meet and take pictures with the kids.
