Maika Monroe has signed with Management 360, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. She previously was with Luber Roklin. Named to THR?s Next Gen talent list last year , Monroe starred as the former president?s daughter in Independence Day: Resurgence following her breakout turn in indie teen horror It Follows . Her latest film is the SXSW period drama Hot Summer Nights , in which she plays the love interest of star Timothee Chalamet. Monroe, whose credits also include sci-fi YA adaptation The 5 th Wave , has booked a steady string of films, including The Tribes of Palos Verdes and Tau .
