Model Kate Husband and professional baseball player fiancee, Justin Verlander, will soon host their third annual Grand Slam Adoption Event in Lakeland, Florida. The event will feature adoptable dogs, and proceeds from the day's various activities will benefit SPCA Florida and K9s for Warriors. Upton and Verlander, who are already dog parents to one pup, are adoptiong a dog and paying for it's training to become a part of K9s for Warriors Organization and help a Veteran. In a recent interview with E! News, Upton talks about her love for dogs, and joked that she should have dogs in her next Sport's Illustrated shoot. She also added that she would love to see her fiancee on the cover in a speedo.
