Bill Condon would welcome Lindsay Lohan with open arms to play Ariel in the live adaptation of 'Little Mermaid'. The 30-year-old actress has begged Disney - the company behind her breakout role in 1998's 'The Parent Trap' - to cast her as the flame-haired princess in the upcoming remake of the all-singing all-dancing animated children's film, and now the 'Beauty and the Beast' filmmaker Condon has responded saying he would like to have her in the lead part.
