The new couple was spotted working out at a private gym in Miami, Florida, on Wednesday, following their four-day trip to the Bahamas.
J.Lo and A-Rod arrived at the gym in the former baseball star's white Maybach, but entered separately.
Lopez looked ready to get her fitness on in a sexy black, while and neon ensemble, though seemingly didn't break a sweat as she left the gym appearing just as primped as when she arrived.
