VIDEO : John Krasinski to Write and Direct Paramount Thriller

SFGate reports that John Krasinski will star alongside Emily Blunt in ?A Quiet Place,? a thriller from Paramount that Krasinski will also write and direct. The project, which begins production this fall, will be Krasinski?s third film as a director and his first for a major studio, following ?Brief Interviews With Hideous Men? in 2009 and ?The Hollars? last year. Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller of Platinum Dunes are producing. Plot details are unknown.
