On Monday rumors began circulating that a sex tape featuring former IT-Girl Mischa Barton was making the rounds and could sell for half-a-million dollars. Barton's attorney's claim she is the victim of "revenge pornography." They are threatening legal action against anyone touting sexually explicit images of the 31-year-old actress. Several media outlets have reported the existence of a a very explicit tape of the The OC star taking part in sex acts with an unidentified man who is dressed in a black hoodie. Lisa Bloom, Barton's attorney, said the footage is "a form of sexual assault," and "a crime and a civil wrong in California."
