Congrats are in order for Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham. The two announced their new engagement on Haynes Instagram on Sunday. In one photo, the couple watches fireworks next to what appears to be a screen with Cher's face on it.
"I SAID YES!!!" Colton wrote in the caption.
