VIDEO : What Does Anne Hathaway Think About 'Mommy Guilt?'

Motherhood has changed Anne Hathaway in a number of ways, including how she'll spend her time in the next few years. Hathaway appears on the April cover of Elle magazine, and in her interview she discusses paid maternal leave. She told Elle, "I can't believe we don't already have it." She opened up about when her son Johnny was born and how she had the sudden thought that "Mommy guilt is invented nonsense." Instead, she said, "We should be turning our focus to the people and institutions who should be supporting us and currently aren't." She goes on to talk about the inequalities that still pervade Hollywood and what she does to actively try and change it.
