Damien Chazelle's new screenplay 'The Claim' has been snapped up by Oceanside Media. The Oscar-winning 'La La Land' director has written a mystery thriller and it's just been announced that Oceanside Media's Scott Clayton will produce the picture with Route One Entertainment's Russell Levine and Leon Clarance from Motion Picture Capital, which is also fully financing the film. This is one of Damien's best scripts and now we have a great team to bring it home." Route One has been involved with the project since the script made the 2010 Black List.
