28-year-old Arrow actor Colton Haynes announced he is engaged to his floral designer beau Jeff Leatham! The announcement came via Instagram on Sunday with a snap of the special proposal moment and the caption: ?I SAID YES!!!?
According to E! News, Jeff proposed on the beach at the Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Mexico, surrounded by lit candles.
Colton first confirmed he and Jeff were dating back in February with a selfie on Instagram.
