Beloved comic-book legend, Stan Lee, will not be attending the Big Apple Comic Con in New York City this weekend, citing health reasons. The 94 year-old creator of many of Marvel Comics most iconic characters makes appearances at various conventions across the country to give autographs and take pictures with fans. However, while the news may disappoint some fans, Lee is getting older and must maintain his health in order to honor future commitments and continue to meet his loyal fans. Convention organizers announced they will give refunds to anyone who purchased tickets for photo ops, autographs, or the swag bag.
