Actor Joe Manganiello is asking the media to tone down the drama surrounding the upcoming stand-alone Batman film.
Manganiello is set on to play the villain Deathstroke opposite Ben Affleck's Batman in the upcoming comic book actioner.
Affleck is writing the script. He was also slated to direct the movie but dropped out as director in late January.
The move sent the entertainment media into a frenzy. Several articles were written about creative differences and script issues.
Rumors persist that Affleck might drop out of the movie altogether.
Manganiello has called out the media as "drama queens" over the films development process.
