Cohen Media Group has acquired the art documentary " Julian Schnabel: A Private Portrait for North America." The film documents the life of painter and filmmaker Julian Schnabel "from his upbringing in Texas to his rise in the 1980s New York art scene to his time directing features like 1995's Basquiat." Interviews with Al Pacino, Mary Boone, Jeff Koons and Bono are featured in the documentary as well. The film was helmed by Italian director Pappi Corsicato.
