It has been announced that Julia Roberts will be playing Smurf Willow in the new Smurf film, ?Smurfs: The Lost Village.? In an interview, Roberts described her character and how excited she is to play her. Roberts stated, ?If Papa Smurf is the father figure of Surfs Village then Smurf Willow is the mother figure of the Forbidden Forest. She?s brave, strong, regal, and she?s really wise. She?s the Smurf you turn to if you?re facing a challenge.? ?Smurfs: The Lost Village? will be premiering on April 9th, and it also stars Demi Lovato as the lead.
