VIDEO : Chance The Rapper Donates $1Mil To Chicago Schools

Grammy-award winning artist, Chance the Rapper, donated $1 million dollars to Chicago Public School's funding crisis. Last week, Chance met with Illinois governor Bruce Rauner to discuss the city of Chicago's public school budget issues. On Monday, Chance, who is a Chicago native, stopped at an elementary school near where he grew up to announce the donation to a schools' foundation.
