The cause of Bill Paxton's death has been revealed after TMZ obtained his death certificate.
The 61-year-old actor died late in February following a surgical procedure earlier in the month.
Although it was initially reported that he died from complications due to the surgery, the details were not reported.
According to the death certificate, Paxton died of an aortic aneurysm, which he sought to have corrected through surgery.
Paxton had valve replacement procedure, but complications arose and he suffered a stroke.
