Ryan Gosling is onto the next project with producer Ken Kao along with Anonymous Content who are all teaming up to adapt Jeff Lemire?s Underwater Welder into a film. The new film is about a man with the dangerous profession. One day while he?s underwater repairing a broken oil rig, he is confronted by a supernatural entity. According to Comicbook, "The interaction causes the man to question his sanity and revisit older memories. Already struggling at home with his pregnant wife, the main character seems doomed to repeat mistakes his father made when the events cause him to confront harsh truths about who he is and who his father was."
