Former "King of Queens" star Leah Remini is set to return to broadcast televison, signing on to star in NBC's newest female-driven endeavor, "What About Barb?" Based upon the feature film "What About Bob," the single-camera comedy will center around a psychotherapist who unsuccessfully attempts to cut ties with her most overbearing patient, but gains another annoying family member instead.
