during Adele?s soundcheck for her Tuesday concert in Perth, Australia, her 4-year-old son Angelo got hit in the eye by debris while fireworks were tested. Adele decided to cancel the display for the rest of her tour. She spoke about the accident at her Perth show, saying, "Up until last night, we did have fireworks for you.? She explained what happened to her son, saying she?d decided to cancel the display as a result. But then she let the crowd vote on if they wanted concert fireworks.
