Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is on the market for $67 million. The property, located near Santa Barbara, California is 2,700-acres and is now called the Sycamore Valley Ranch. In addition to a 12,000-foot main residence and a 3,700-foot pool house, the listing includes a separate building with a 50-seat movie theater and a dance studio. The ranch was sold to Colony Capital for $22.5 million prior to Michael Jackson?s death in 2009.
