VIDEO : Kendall Jenner's Fitness Routine

Kendall Jenner may stick to a simple diet, but her fitness routine is a different story. Blogger Hannah Bronfman recently broke down Jenner's complete workout in a video on the Kendall app. The routine is Jenner's key to being Victoria Secret-runway ready. It consists of pushing 150 lbs. weights across 100 feet, doing at least 10 Bulgarian split squats on each of her legs, lifting a skull-shaped kettle bell while practicing her sumo squats, and performing 10 to 15 hip raises on a Bosu balance trainer. But that's not all - Jenner repeats this at least three times per workout to really break a sweat.
