La La Land is up for a record number of 14 Oscars this Sunday. In almost every scene of La La Land fans can see director Damien Chazelle has had a lifelong love for film. Chazelle opened up to CNN about some of his favorite film moments. His favorite film of all time is Umbrellas of Cherbourg and it served as a huge inspiration for La La Land. Chazelles favorite song in a film is 'As Time Goes By' from 'Casa Blanca'. Finally his favorite line in a movie is, 'Forget it Jake, it's China Town' it's from the 1974 film 'China Town'.
