Hugh Jackman has enjoyed an immensely popular run as the fan-favorite mutant Wolverine, but that will be coming to an end soon in the James Mangold-directed Logan. Recently, however, the actor revealed the one thing that might have gotten him to stay with the franchise.
A Wolverine super fan recently had the chance to watch Logan early (via ScreenRant), a film which currently enjoys a 4.29 out of 5 rating on ComicBook.com's anticipation rankings. In the follow-up interview, he asked Jackman if he would be on board for an Avengers movie, with all film right issues set aside for the hypothetical scenario.
"If that was on the table when I made my decision, it certainly would have made me pause. That?s for sure. Because I always love the idea of him within that dynamic, with the Hulk obviously, with Iron Man but there?s a lot of smarter people with MBAs who can?t figure that out [laughter]. You never know."
