Hilary Duff's ex-husband Mike Comrie is being investigated for sexual battery. The Los Angeles Police Department did not release further details, but TMZ, which first reported the story Wednesday, says Comrie met up with a woman, who he has known for a long time, at a bar Saturday night. TMZ's sources say he raped her multiple times after they went back to his condo, although Comrie says the sex was consensual. Comrie played for the NHL before retiring in 2012. He and Duff were married from 2010 to 2016 and have a son together.
