In a recent interview with Larry King, Regis Philbin, 85, revealed that Kelly Ripa wasn?t very pleased with his retirement as co-host of Live With Regis and Kelly in 2011. When King asked Philbin if he had kept in touch with Ripa, the veteran simply replied, ?Not really, no.? ?She got very offended when I left. She thought I was leaving because of her,? Philbin continued. ?I was leaving because I was getting older and that wasn?t right for me anymore.?
