In the past, Leto has directed the 2012 documentary feature Artifact and the documentary series Great Wide Open, Into The Wild and Beyond the Horizon. He has also directed many commercials and music videos. The film is Set in 1974 Los Angeles. the story is based on two police officers who partner up to recover kidnapped heiress Patty Hearst.
