Jeremy Scahill, co-founding editor of The Intercept, won't be appearing on Friday's night's "Real Time with Bill Maher" due to the booking of another guest: Milo Yiannopoulos. Yiannopoulos is the senior editor of Breitbart News, which many consider to be "a platform for the so-called "alt-right" movement." In a statement posted on Twitter, Scahill "said Yiannopoulos has ample venues to spew what he called his "hateful diatribes" and said there's no value in debating him."
