On Sunday the last album of late rock icon David Bowie, titled Blackstar won five Grammy awards. The awards include Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance, Best Alternative Music Album and best engineering on a non-classical album. Bowie collaborated on Blackstar with the avant-garde jazz saxophonist Donny McCaslin. McCaslin accepted the awards on behalf of their work. He spoke of Bowie in his acceptance speech, "I'm a better artist and a better person for having known him".
