Before Disney?s acquisition of Lucasfilm, there were no concrete plans for more Star Wars movies. The only Star Wars project George Lucas was working on was The Clone Wars animated series. The Clone Wars introduced a young Ahsoka Tano as the padawan of Anakin Skywalker between Episode II and Episode III.
