Jake Gyllenhaal cut the ceremonial ribbon at the reopening of the Hudson Theatre. The theatre hasn?t performed a single show in almost 50 years. Their first production back is ?Sunday in the Park with George.? In his speech Gyllenhaal stated, ?I can?t stress enough how important it is to have joy in the world and that?s what this space is and that?s what this show is all about. It?s all about love and joy so I hope people will come and experience that with us.?
