VIDEO : Jamie Lynn Spears' Daughter Regained Consciousness

It was a scary weekend for the Spears family, as Jamie Lynn Spears' eight year old daughter, Maddie, was involved in a serious ATV accident. She over-corrected the wheel, and drove right into a pond. Maddie was rushed to the hospital and remained unconscious until Tuesday. According to a report from the hospital she ?recognizes those family members who have kept a round-the-clock vigil since the accident.
