This is the same woman who showed up to the 2013 American Music Awards rocking a doobie wrap just like a Dominican girl walking the streets of Harlem in the early 2000?s (which we seriously loved BTW), and just this past fall, the singer?s locs were literally past her butt.
We're never surprised when the 28-year-old changes her look.
