New court documents have been filed by music producer Dr. Luke alleging that pop star Kesha owes him $1.3 million. The legal fight seemed to have simmered down however the latest claim was filed in response to an accusation by Kesha that the producer is doing everything in his power to leave her ?penniless? as he continues withhold royalties and she is prohibited from releasing any new music.
