According to the Daily Mail, the U.S. Patent Office has rejected Kylie Jenner's application last week to trademark her name. In 2014, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, tried to trademark the name "Kylie" in America, but met opposition from the Australian singer Kylie Minogue. The BBC reported that Minogue withdrew her opposition on January 19th, implying the two may have reached a settlement out of court.
