Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato have shared an update about their son, Noah, who has been undergoing cancer treatment. In a statement the parents released on Friday, they said Noah, 3, is "progressing well," with his treatment. "We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy," the couple's statement read. "He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage.
