Pop singer Britney Spears took to concours-twitter.htm">twitter to ask fans for their prayers and sypport. Over the weekend, Spears's niece, Maddie, was involved in a scary ATV accident. According to police reports, the 8 year old daughter of Jamie Lynn Spears was steering and ATV and over corrected the wheel. The action caused the ATV to enter a pond. Maddie was trapped by the seatbelt and safety netting. She is in the hospital in critical but stabel condition. Britney's representative told ET: "Right now the Spears family asks that everyone respect their privacy during this time and appreciates all the prayers and support for their family."
