According to sources, Ryan Murphy?s "Katrina: American Crime Story," has added actress Annette Bening to its cast. Insiders say that Bening will play Kathleen Blanco, who was the Louisiana governor during and after the hurricane. Bening is the first to sign on to the second version of the installment crime series, which won critical acclaim and a slew of Emmy Awards for its first series, ?The People v. O.J. Simpson.? Bening, who was recently nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her role in the movie '20th Century Women', will reunite with Murphy who directed her in the 2006 film, "Running With Scissors."
