'Kung-Fu Yoga' is a highly anticipated India-China coproduction. It tells the story of Jack, an archaeology professor, on a quest to locate a lost ancient Indian treasure. The film, which stars Jackie Chan, is a massive hit in China. In India, however, its a dud. The reviews in India have been scathing, specifically because of the abundant use of stereotypes. In it's review, The Wire said the movie makes the film's crew "look like the kinds who failed cultural studies class in college.?
