Ben Affleck recently decided to step down from the director's seat for the upcoming DC Batman film. Fans immediately reached out to Kevin Smith, asking him to take Affleck's place. Smith wrote on Twitter, saying that it'd be "impossible" for him to direct Batman for the following reasons, "1) Haven?t spoken to Ben in years. 2) I made YogaHosers, 3) Common sense." He also appeared in a YouTube interview "to discuss his thoughts on Affleck?s departure.
