Oswalt shared that she died from a combination of prescription medications and an undiagnosed heart condition. In his statement, Oswalt said that he and McNamara had no idea she had a condition that caused blockages in her arteries. He said: ?We learned today the combination of drugs in Michelle?s system, along with a condition we were unaware of, proved lethal." In the past, Oswalt has been very open about his grieving process. He said that her death ?hasn?t left a void, she?s left a blast crater.?
