Michael Buble and his wife are staying positive as the couple's 3 year old son Noah seems to be progressing well in his battle with cancer. On Friday the family made a statement saying "doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy." The family is staying strong adding that they "continue to be inspired by his courage."
